If it was easy to run the numbers we'd have them for you, but it's a safe bet to say that this team in this position is a rarity. Just let them have their moment. It's early. It'll all wash out.
This is frightening. Everyone should be on notice. There aren't words that make you feel better about an Alec Remaly 3-0 / 4-0 start after we all worked so hard to de-throne the tyrant in 2023. Gertz has his hands full in Week 4 and this could get out of hand quick if we don't watch it.
Also, if you needed a reminder, don't trade with Alec!
Maybe we are so used to discounting what was once a regular bottom of the barrel ownership group that the start to 2024 feels so shocking. There's a real chance this team gets to 3-1 and solidifies themselves as the hottest team in the League coming out of Week 4. Do NOT look past Tom though!
Two close victories have this team right in the thick of it. Steady, composed, and ready to win. I have a feeling there would be a lot wagered on Joekers -7.5 this week if this League was wager-friendly. They need to stay focused and not stumble against the bottom feeders in Week 4.
The computer had no love this week for the reigning champ... While they fought to the end, a loss is a loss. And it just seems that there are better teams out there in 2024. Big time show down in Week 4 between what some feel is a transfer of power for the "League Bad Boy".
Easy... Everybody relax. Deep breath, shotgun a Miller Lite, and shift focus to GirthGang in Week 4. While they put on a show of frantic worry about the state of affairs here, we all know this ownership group has a steady hand and will be in the mix come December.
Big jump after a statement win in Week 3. Once again, though, we'll never know if this team has a real shot as they middle around and try to find a roster worthy of any attention. Statement could be made in Week 4...
Will they just let Dan win? After all, Dan does have a championship caliber team. It's put up or shut up time after a questionable draft for the two-time champ. Keep an eye on this front office if they fall to 1-3.
Squaring off with Bill in the Game of the Week, Danny looks to right the ship after a rough couple of weeks. Hopes were high after Week 1 (thanks Bill) but a disappointing and frankly weak showing the last two weeks has other Owners breathing a sigh of relief that, yes, this is just another Dan owned Fantasy team.
Quite the roller coaster this ownership group seems to be on. Taunting. Threatening. Reeling? Some are calling Week 4 a must win after they got boat raced last week by Strokin My Ditka.
"The Tom Train" might be at the station indefinietly? Drubbed by their long-time trading partner in Week 3 for their second straight loss, this team is trending back toward the bottom of the League after rumblings of another strong season with an early playoff exit were abundent back in August. How they rebound against a surprisingly strong Eeen in Week 4 will tell us alot.
Sound the alarms. Call in the experts. Get this group some help. It's getting late early for Hingle McCringleberry coming off a last place 2023. They are showing fight, but fight doesn't get you to the playoffs. Keep an eye out as this situation unfolds.
